God’s master plan is the unfolding of vision, the steps you take to accomplish God’s master plan is called following His directions. Discover what God has called you to do, example: if God has called you to preach, teach or sing, wonderful! That is a vision or a calling. So the golden question is how do you go about accomplishing it?Am glad you ask, this is where you need God’s directions or instructions. Notice I said God’s directions and instructions. Divine instructions or directions is a lifetime demand. Understand we will never reach a point in our life where we will no longer require directions or instructions from God. A great wisdom piece is the awakening to the fact that we should never allow ourselves to reach a point where we no longer require or need God’s direction. “Joyful are people of integrity, who follow the instructions of the Lord.” (Psalms 119:1 NLT) I believe the reason David said “Open my eyes to see the wonderful truths in your instructions.” Because he discovered without directions and instructions from God there will be nothing but continuous frustration within a person’s life without God’s divine directions. It don’t matter how far or fast a person travel, how much encouragement they may receive if they are traveling on the wrong road, following the wrong directions, they will never get to where God ordains for them to be. God created His instructions and directions to be our lifetime companion. Divine assistance is required, for every vision to succeed. At every point you and I need to accomplish, we need God’s divine directions to direct us to what next to do, where to turn and where we need to place our focus on.
“I told you my plans, and you answered. Now teach me your decrees.” Keep me from lying to myself; give me the privilege of knowing your instructions.” “Teach me your decrees, O Lord; I will keep them to the end. Give me understanding, and I will obey your instructions; I will put them into practice with all my heart.” (Psalms 119:26, 29 33-34 NLT).
If we continue to miss God’s divine directions, guidance and instructions we will miss out on the joy of Zoe living! But wisdom is profitable to direct. Ecclesiastes 10: 10

Vision
To release prophets and prophetic kingdom citizens to expand the Kingdom of God, expounding on God’s Word with evidence of signs and wonders accompanying them. Releasing supernatural governmental ecclesiastical authority into territories and regional sphere of prophetic authority. P.V.I mandate is to help God’s people with effective spiritual warfare, discovering their prophetic voice and purpose in life, sharpening their spiritual discernment, hearing God’s voice, develop an effective prayer life and developing an intimate relationship with the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
By the grace of God, we will produce a prophetic people, co-laboring in a unified and balanced pursuit of the Great Commission of our Lord, Jesus Christ. P.V.I introduce to some and ignite others to operate in Miracles, Deliverance, Healing, and Signs and Wonders to draw believers and non-believers alike, to share in the Apostolic, Prophetic, and Supernatural Ministry.
Deuteronomy 18:18-19
I will rise up a prophet/prophetess like you from among their fellow Israelites. I will put my words in their mouth, and they will tell the people everything I command them. I will personally deal with anyone who will not listen to the messages the prophet/prophetess proclaims on my behalf. (Emphasis Added)
